How to Change Your Phone Number

You can update your phone number in two ways:

Option 1: In the App

• Go to:
  Settings → Profile Settings → Update Phone Number
  
  
  

Option 2: Contact Us
Submit a support ticket with the following details:

• Full name

• Employee ID (if applicable)

• Old phone number

• New phone number
  
  

We’ll handle the update for you.

After your number has been changed, please log out and log back in to refresh your account. If you still have trouble, give it a few hours—or just reach out and we’ll help.
