Having an Issue? Try This First:

If something’s not working right, we’re here to help. Please try the following quick steps, which resolve most common issues:


  1. Log out of the app and log back in.

  2. Delete and reinstall the Level FT app from your app store.

  3. If you're logging in with a passcode, tap “Cancel” and try logging in using your phone number or email and password.
