Account Marked for Deletion (Auto-Offboarding)
Your account may no longer be accessible and may be queued for deletion. This happens if:
You haven’t used any Level services within the first 100 days, and
We didn’t receive confirmation from you to keep your account.
We follow strict data protection guidelines (including GDPR). Since accounts are created using employer-provided information, and we didn't notice activity or receive consent from you, we are required to remove your data.
We would have also sent a confirmation email 30 days ago. If you'd like to keep your account, please contact us as soon as possible.
Otherwise, your data will be permanently deleted.
