When Does My Available Balance Update?
Your withdrawal balance updates depending on your salary type:
Salaried Employees
Your balance typically increases daily based on your fixed monthly pay.
If you’ve been off work, sickness hours may be added by your employer.
If paid: your salary won’t change, but your available balance may.
If unpaid: both your salary and withdrawal balance may be affected.
Hourly or Shift-Based Employees
If your HR system is integrated with Level, worked hours upload daily, once shifts are approved.
If not integrated, hours are manually uploaded by your employer, usually 1–3 times per week.
