When Does My Available Balance Update?

Your withdrawal balance updates depending on your salary type:


Salaried Employees

  • Your balance typically increases daily based on your fixed monthly pay.

  • If you’ve been off work, sickness hours may be added by your employer.

    • If paid: your salary won’t change, but your available balance may.

    • If unpaid: both your salary and withdrawal balance may be affected.


Hourly or Shift-Based Employees

  • If your HR system is integrated with Level, worked hours upload daily, once shifts are approved.

  • If not integrated, hours are manually uploaded by your employer, usually 1–3 times per week.
