Why Don’t Deductions Appear on My Payslip?
Your On-Demand Pay deductions will not appear on your payslip, but you can view them anytime in the Level FT app under the “Deduction History” section.
There are two main reasons why deductions may not show on your payslip:
1. Technical Timing
Payslips are typically generated 2–3 days before payday, but you can make On-Demand Pay withdrawals right up to midnight the day before payday.
Withdrawals made after your payslip is created won’t be reflected on it—but they’re still deducted from your salary as scheduled.
2. Financial Structure
On-Demand Pay isn’t a loan—it’s your earned money, just accessed early.
Rather than waiting for payday, you’re choosing to receive part of your salary earlier in the month. These amounts are deducted from your salary on payday, so your total pay remains the same.
Please note: Level does not issue payslips—your employer handles these.
